  • The products used during this treatment have been available for over 20 years and are fully tested and approved for use in Australia.

  • You may experience slight swelling, redness, pain and firmness to the treated areas. These symptoms are usually mild to moderate and improve after approximately 7 days or less. You can use an ice pack on the area treated if you have any swelling and take Panadol for pain. Also avoid taking Vitamin E, anti-inflammatory drugs, St John’s Wort, aspirin or Ibuprofen/Nurofen as they may possibly cause bleeding and bruising. Do not take those before, during and after your treatment.

    If symptoms persist or you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to contact our clinic on 07 3003 4000.

    This treatment is not suitable if:

    you have any serious health conditions (such as severe infectious diseases, vascular or lymphatic complications, etc.);

    you have any active STIs;

    you have had previous sensitivity to any fillers; or

    you have a history of other penile surgery.

  • The treatment works just like it injectables would on the face and other parts of the body. Once injected just below the surface of the skin it is naturally absorbed into the penile tissue over the next week. During this time the product can be gently massaged to even out any lumps.

    It normally takes a couple of weeks for the product to stabilise and obtain the best results. It can last up to 24 months, but you may require small top-up treatments to maintain your desired results.

    Problems experienced after treatment are usually minor and uncommon but if these do occur the effects are treatable.

  • At your initial consultation your options and desired outcomes will be extensively discussed and we encourage you to raise any concerns that you may have about the procedure.

    Prior to your treatment trim the area free from hair. Be careful not to cut or scratch the area.

    On the day of treatment wash the area with soap and water. The injection site will also be sterilised and numbing cream applied one hour prior to treatment. If required more numbing cream can be applied 15-30 mins prior to your treatment.

    The procedure

    Our skilled cosmetic injector will use a thin, rounded cannula to infiltrate the filler around the shaft of the penis. It will be gently massaged to help mould and shape the product. In some cases the head or glans may also be injected. The injector may firstly inject a medication that induces an erection to help with better placement of the filler. If this is the case, you may experience continued erection of the penis for up to an hour after the treatment.

    The procedure will take 30-60 minutes depending on the amount of filler required. In most cases approximately 10 mls of filler is used during the procedure.

    After the procedure, the penis may be wrapped firmly, depending upon haemostasis and evidence of bruising, and this should be left on for 12 hours.

  • Normally there are minimal after effects of the treatment, but in some cases you may have:

    some bruising and tenderness

    some swelling, this should settle down after a couple of days

    pain or difficulty passing urine, if this occurs contact us on 07 3003 4000 as soon as possible

    initial irregularities of dispersion of the filler, if this occurs gently massage it towards the base or the head of the penis, but please don’t overdo this.

    You may drive immediately after your treatment but you should abstain from sexual relations or manual stimulation for at least 24 hours.
