What is the Teeth Whitening procedure?
During your initial consultation our clinical aesthetic team will advise you of your treatment options, the recommendation is different for each patient, however you can have a treatment every 2 weeks.
Photos will be taken pre and post-treatment. Pawpaw Ointment or Vaseline will be applied to your lips to help with hydration during the treatment.
A mouth piece will be placed in your mouth to keep it open and the gel will be applied to each tooth using a cotton tip. Once the gel has been applied the LED will be placed close to the mouth and the half hour treatment will begin.
Once the treatment is completed the mouth piece will be removed and you will be supplied with a toothbrush and tooth paste to brush your teeth.
Avoid eating and drinks food that stain your teeth for the next 4 hours – curries, coffee, tea, red wine etc.
We also recommended that you use home whitening follow up treatments to enhance your procedure and prolong its effects, which can be purchased at your local pharmacy.
