For damaged or faulty product replacements please advise us within 3 business days of delivery of any damages/faults or issues with your order. Once items are returned to Cosmetic Image Clinics they will be assessed for replacement. Return shipping costs will be refunded where receipt is provided if item is deemed to be damaged or faulty. Replacement item will be shipped via express same day post (if in stock).
If you have an adverse reaction to any product, please notify us as soon as possible. A credit will be provided for return products due to adverse reactions if they occur within 48 hours of initial use of product. After this time any adverse reactions will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Any parcels returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address will incur a $10 re-shipping fee.
We will happily exchange products that have been incorrectly ordered if they are returned unused and in the original packaging within 7 days of purchase. Product returned to us with any damage will not be accepted. Return shipping will be at the buyer’s expense. You will be contacted if product is not in stock and it will be shipped as soon as possible.
Should an incorrect product be packed and shipped by Cosmetic Image Clinics, we will provide the correct product and an express post bag to return the incorrect item within 7 days. If the item is not returned it will be charged to the purchaser.
