The terms and conditions listed in conjunction with your order encompass an entire agreement between us and you for the supply of skincare, body care or beauty products. This agreement cannot be changed unless we agree to any variation in writing or by email.
When you place an order with us, this will automatically establish your complete acceptance of these terms and conditions. Your legal rights are unaffected by these terms and conditions as well as the right to expect that the products supplied are of acceptable quality as well as equivalent to the descriptions on our website.
To purchase products from our website you must be at least 18 years of age. You must also possess either a PayPal Account, or a valid credit card of type MASTERCARD or VISA.
In some cases products we sell are not suitable for consumers with certain conditions, for example pregnancy. These products are clearly marked with a caution on the product description page.

To purchase products from our website use the “Add to Cart” button located on our product gallery pages or individual product pages.
All prices are current each time you make your purchase and cannot be changed prior to checkout.
To process products in your cart you need to carefully follow the steps during the checkout process making sure all information you provide (including your name, address, email and telephone number) are complete and correct prior to finalising payment for your order.
Payment for products must be made in full with either PayPal or a credit card before your order can be shipped. If there are insufficient funds when paying with PayPal, the payment may have a status of “echeck”. Echeck payments will not be processed until the funds are cleared and this can take 3-5 business days to complete.
When paying by credit card you must be the owner of the card and have adequate funds to cover payment.
To process your order we will validate any payment you have made by data we receive from our payment gateway. Once payment has been validated your order will be processed and shipped via express post.
It is your responsibility to review our terms and conditions when placing an order, completion of your order means you agree to our terms and conditions which are current to the date you submitted your order. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.
After your order is placed you will receive by email a confirmation of your order. Please ensure that the email address entered at the time of order is correct, otherwise you may not receive our correspondence. If for any reason you may have incorrectly entered your email address then please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately.
The confirmation of order by email is for informational purposes only. We at our discretion may decline to accept an order for any reason, including unavailability of supplies etc. You will be advised if we need to resubmit any order under these circumstances.
If you determine that you have made an error when placing your order please contact us at email@example.com immediately to ensure we have time to make amendments. Once your order has been shipped amendments cannot be made. However you may still qualify for a return within 7 days of purchase. Please refer to our Returns Page for full details of our returns policy.
All payments are in AUD only.
When placing your first order an account is naturally created. This means you can use the same payment settings and delivery address etc when placing subsequent orders.
You can only edit your personal settings (i.e. delivery address, credit card, phone number etc) along with viewing all previous orders.
You cannot track your order delivery through your customer account.
Any orders placed before 12:00pm AEST (time in Brisbane Australia) on a Monday-Friday will be shipped the same day for products in stock.
If a product is not in stock when you place your order, we will notify you and advise when your product will reach our premises and when your order can be shipped (where possible).

We reserve the right to email our customers with details of any promotions. Your details will be added to our mailing list (email only) after your first purchase, or by directly subscribing to our newsletter.
